General responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency. This includes managing and supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and providing training as needed. Additionally, the warehouse lead is tasked with maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing order fulfillment processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Through effective communication with other departments and regular reporting on performance metrics, the warehouse lead contributes to the overall success of the organization by facilitating efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Specific Job Duties:

• Designing layout plan for unloading inbound trailers every morning.

• Coordinate the receiving of inbound materials to include reconciliation, inventory location allocation and finalization of materials into inventory.

• Coordinate and assign picks to warehouse agents for daily outbound orders for all customers.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to warehouse personnel.

• Responsible for reviewing pulled/staged outbound orders to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Assist in coordinating the outbound loading of correct materials in full to proper carrier as indicated by assigned routing.

• Maintain awareness of emails/correspondence to ensure time actioning of all requests to both internal and external customers.

• Responsible for assisting to ensure a clean, safe working environment is always maintained to prevent workplace accidents.

• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Warehouse Management.

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

• Strong communication skills

• Balance individual responsibilities

• Excellent customer service skills

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour
